- Act as primary point of contact for CHC’s customers for the implementation project
- Organize implementation kick-off meeting
- Project planning, establishing milestones and status reporting
- Documenting and validating implementation requirements and defining scope for implementation
- Gather provisioning data for CHC’s customer onboarding
- Coordination of project activities with CHC and CHC’s customer stakeholders
- Facilitating sign offs of project deliverables
- Recurring project meeting coordination
- Project issue tracking and remediation
- Support production implementation
- Coordinate hand off to CHC support team
