The MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT (MDM) Technical Lead / Business Analyst is responsible for helping design solutions that revolutionize how customers interact with their mission-critical data applications and how these applications perform. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong appreciation for data-centric design, automation, a love of technology, excellent communication, and a strong work ethic. The MDM Business Analyst will also support operations by monitoring and analyzing master data, key data, and master relationship data within the organization. The Business Analyst needs to take part in UAT testing session and report to the project manager and leadership.

DAILY TO DAY JOB TASKS:

* Ability to gather the AS-IS/TO-BE business requirement and design/build the technical solution.

* Experienced in building Master Data Management systems in an enterprise MDM environment using enterprise MDM tools.

* Strong technical skills for Master Data Management platform, including inbound/outbound data integration (ETL), Active VOS, Java, Data Quality (DQ) and Data Director (IDD) development, maintenance/tuning of match rules and expectations.

* Ability to design, develop and translate business requirements and processes for data matching and merging rules, survivorship criteria, and Active VOS workflows using master data management solutions.

* Demonstrated experience and ability to apply data quality techniques such as match, merge, profiling, score carding, data standardization, and parsing using enterprise data quality platforms.

* Experience with troubleshooting and resolving MDM related issues and provide proven solutions, aligning with master data strategies and best practices.

* Collaborate with source systems, data stewards, and technical personnel for data governance and to resolve any data quality or technical issues related to data ingestion.

* Monitor MDM services to ensure appropriate performance, to correct errors, to isolate areas for improvement, and for general debugging.

* Collaborate with data remediators, database administrators, network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to help resolve problems with MDM and data integration service applications.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

* Must have experience with Agile and MDM Solution Development and requirement gathering

* Must have hands-on experience with MDM solution development - Data modelling, Data Integration, Active VOS, Data validation, Match and Merge rules and Data stewardship

* Experience in integrating external business application with MDM hub using Batch and Real-time process SIF (Services Integration Framework) and message queues

* Understanding of data governance and data profiling concepts

* Must have E360 and Java development experience

* Ability to lead the team and handle customer independently

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

* 8 + years professional experience, preferably in MDM implementation and data integration

* Nice to have Agri domain knowledge

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Ensure master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to the data quality.

* Ensures quality of master data in key systems, as well as development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.

* Good skills in data administration and design.

* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication skills are a must
