• Requires Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related technical field or five to seven years of equivalent progressive experience

• 4 Years of Software Testing Experience (this role will focus on manual testing)

• Demonstrated QA expertise developed through progressively more complex environments and varied responsibilities

• Create, execute and maintain manual test plans/cases as part of an Agile project team

• Create, execute and maintain automated test scripts

• Participate in web service and batch testing

• Create an overall test strategy that elevates the team’s understanding of the project’s distinct challenges

• Work with all members of the project team to develop tests and provide test results

• Work with business partners to develop meaningful functional tests

• Build test cases using requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; provide feedback and questions during the development and review of those requirements
