Role:-
- Design and develop cutting-edge web and mobile apps across all tiers using modern software development platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Engineer high-performance back-end services on Java Spring, responsive web front-end using React/Bootstrap/Backbone JavaScript frameworks, and SQL/Cassandra/Mongo databases with full monitoring and logging support.
- Lead, design, and develop activities, guiding and mentoring other engineering team members as needed to ensure on-time, high quality product delivery.
- Debug, diagnose, refactor, enhance, and resolve functional and non-functional issues across frontend, server-side, and databases using profilers and logs.
Required Education and Experience:
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Must be a good human being with uncompromising honesty and integrity
- 5+ years of professional experience developing high performance RESTful Services and server-side processes using Java/J2EE, Spring, and related toolset
- 5+ years developing interactive, clean web front-end using JavaScript framework/tools like jQuery, Bootstrap, Underscore, Backbone, React, Angular and related HTML5 technologies
- 5+ years of experience with SQL/NoSQL database design and development
- 3+ years of successful product delivery experience in a dev lead role with onshore and offshore team members
- Experience with full product lifecycle, agile practices, CI/CD pipelines, software design best practices, and website performance tuning
- Strong passion for software engineering practices and an insatiable thirst to learn and grow
- Preferred experience working with healthcare IT systems (e.g. PBMs and prescription claims)
