·         5 Years’ experience in an Infrastructure and Operations Organization preferred

·         3 Years’ experience as a Product Owner in a SAFe Agile Release Train preferred

·         Prior experience as a Scrum Master or SAFe Product Manager required

·         Prioritizes Agile Stories and Enablers to ensure the proper work is being delivered at the proper time

·         Protects them from outside pressure to changes planned/committed work

·         Ensures the Stories and Enablers meet the Acceptance Criteria before moving them in the workflow

·         Drives adoption of SAFe and the designed processes/solutions within the Team

·         Communicates with business SMEs to ensure expectations are kept in line with project status

·         Drives the definition, testing, training and implementation of functional requirements.

Upon implementation, drives knowledge transfer to Global Production Support.

·         Creates/revises deliverables using SAFe techniques

·         Communicates with SAFe Product Managers who create/prioritize SAFe Features to ensure there is a continuous flow of work to be refined and delivered by the team

·         Communicates with SAFe Systems Architects who create/prioritize SAFe Enablers to ensure the understands the work and the impact

·         Uses PI and Iteration Objectives to communicate with leadership

·         Participate in Iteration and Portfolio ceremonies
