?        be responsible for successful delivery and oversight of projects within the Finance organization. You will be a part of a team that undertakes the research, analysis, planning and execution of strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements.  You will conduct thoughtful tactical assessments of current system and process improvement opportunities that align with the finance organization's strategy with therelevant SME's. 

?         The successful candidate will demonstrate an understanding and experience with preferably Oracle Cloud ERP, and/or other large scale ERP (Oracle EBS, SAP, JDE).  This includes: functional use of the application, familiarity of roles and responsibilities, understanding of a multi-currency implementation, knowledge of database views and tables as it relates to the applicable business area.  As a plus, familiarity with query tools (Oracle PLSQL Developer/TOAD) used to retrievedata directly from the database.

?        Experiencewith other applications such as HFM, Hyperion Planning, Vertex, Web ADI, Oracle Discoverer, OBIEE, Tableau, Microsoft Office, Visio, and PowerPoint is preferred.

?        Experience supporting a global organization in various aspects including but not limited to: Payables, Receivables, General Ledger,FP&A, Tax, Order Management, and Human Resources.  

Responsibilities:
 You will lead analysis, planning, and execution of projects on time and under budget
You will prepare business cases with clearly defined objective, scope and deliverables for project review/consideration with sponsorship
You will produce well planned, organized project plans and timelines with milestones
You'll assemble and coordinate team members required for each project and ensure all individuals involved are accountable and responsible
You will maintain weekly dashboard for project(s) currently in flight using critical metrics and risk mitigation
You'll facilitate issue resolution and escalation, making adjustments to project plans when needed
You will liaise with project steering committees to advance project issues, risks and recommendations
