Qualifications Required:

·       Salesforce Business Analyst/admin with NPSP experience (client specializes in in for profit, non profit, higher education, and healthcare).

·       Must have Non Profit Success Pack (NPSP) exp

·       Must have Marketing Cloud exp

·       Must have strong communication and collaboration skills

·       Able to work directly with clients to gather requirements into user stories, and possibly lead development team using Scrum

·       Salesforce Certification experience is a plus

·       70/30 BA vs Salesforce

·       Some configuration experience.

·       Agile Scrum methodology experience
