 Just need someone with 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer that has done Rapid Prototyping.

Innovative user experience designer to work on mobile and desktop web-based projects. Strong design aesthetic and attention to detail needed to conduct user research and create user flows, sitemaps, and wireframes.

Required Skills:
- Strong innovative user experience designer experience

-Strong in rapid prototyping
- 3+ years planning, designing and building complex web sites and mobile experiences
- Expert in usability best practices, information architecture, interaction design and user research methodologies
- Expert in wireframes, user flows, user journey maps, information architecture diagrams and other standard user experience deliverables
- Knowledge and experience developing interactive prototypes
- Experience creating usability standards and guideline documentation
- Thorough understanding of the latest design, accessibility, site performance, and development trends
- Experience analyzing diverse information sources in order to create a design solution and recommendations
- Expert ability to translate knowledge and ideas well to different audiences in person and through written communications
- Works extremely well with others - emphasizing collaboration, relationships and team building
- Ability to respond resourcefully to new demands, priorities and challenges
- Ability to work in a team environment to develop and implement a design
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

-Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Invision, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Knowledge and experience in AB/Multi-variate testing tools and processes
- Ability to lead brainstorming/ideation/collaboration sessions
