- Evaluate and identify business process needs to develop the best software design for our teams
- Develop a vision of the business for the developers and reflect the vision through documentation of user stories
- Design system integrations to and from our ecommrec platform and AWS/cloud based systems
- Problem solve and create new solutions to CDCN’s systems
- Navigate the business and understand the different complex multi-state business models that are unique to each state
- Monitor processes and software to assure efficient delivery of services
- Troubleshoot issues with systems to improve the business process
- Coordinate with business users and the development team to determine optimal solutions for new and existing systems
- Accomplish tasks effectively with information systems and the organization mission in mind
- Provide excellent customer service
