Evaluate and identify business process needs to develop the best software design for our teams
Develop a vision of the business for the developers and reflect the vision through documentation of user stories
Design system integrations to and from our ecommrec platform and AWS/cloud based systems
Problem solve and create new solutions to CDCN’s systems
Navigate the business and understand the different complex multi-state business models that are unique to each state
Monitor processes and software to assure efficient delivery of services
Troubleshoot issues with systems to improve the business process
Coordinate with business users and the development team to determine optimal solutions for new and existing systems
Accomplish tasks effectively with information systems and the organization mission in mind
Provide excellent customer service
