#We need a System Admin capable of learning the new platform and performing L2 triage and support for the admin users of the system
#Has to be thorough with some Service Now product Suite and good understanding of Troubleshooting System Admin problems
#Good Background with Linux or MacOS operationg systems to support IT Asset management team.
#Handling support incidents in Service Now; documenting support trends; triaging and troubleshooting issues escalated to the team;
#collaborating with the existing team to determine short and long term solutions and enhancements.
