Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related degree required. Equivalent certifications with substantial experience relevant to the job may be considered for fitment. Master’s degree in any of these disciplines is a plus.
10+ years of Business Analysis experience in helping build complex distributed systems to solve critical business problems.
2+ years of data analysis experience using SQL, Excel, PowerBI or equivalent required.
Experience in Consumer Finance is preferred. Any exposure to Consumer Credit Risk Management is a big plus.
Experience with statistical/analytical modeling using SAS, R, or other tools preferred.
Experience creating Machine Learning models using any language/software is a huge plus.
Excellent written & verbal communication, organization, presentation, and data visualization skills.
Ability to effectively play the role of Product Owner in an Agile delivery model.
