1.       Need to have mainframe skills (COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS etc.). It is minimum requirement

2.       Network specialist with knowledge in areas like SNA programming, VTAM programming, 3270 data stream programming, CICS socket programming, Batch task management etc (Mandatory)

3.       Knowledge of UCL, WFA, TIRKS, LFACS. These may be used in similar telecom customers in mainframe like Ericson etc (Nice to have)

4.       People should have systems background

5.       need to have Unix/Linux, Shell Scripting (or Python), C skills
