Minimum 8-10 Years’ experience working on Java/J2EE technology.

 

Strong technology background, solid understanding of the ITSM process (Incident, Problem Management, change management).

 

Experienced in application support with Java/J2EE, .net technologies.

 

Exposure to Auto sys job schedule, monitoring.

 

Good with Unix shell script and background processes.

 

Good hands-on experience with SQL, stored procedure (Sybase, MS SQL server)

 

Communication Management – Prepare Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly report and present to customer.

 

identify the issue and follow with Client Team and team to get the issue/Task/Service request/escalation resolved.

 

Work with team to complete impact assessment of the changes deployed in production environment.

 

Work closely with infrastructure team, business operation and development team for issue resolution

 

Basic idea about oracle WebLogic, Tomcat webserver, etc.

 

Experience in Oracle SOA Suite 11g/12c (Web Services, BPEL, Mediators, OSB and Composites)

 

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

 

Experience in shell scripting knowledge

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Minimum 6-8 Years’ experience working on.Net technologies.

 

Strong technology background, solid understanding of the ITSM process (Incident, Problem Management, change management).

 

Experience in product Support and working in odd hours.

 

Responsible for maintaining .Net, VB and Angular applications using Client standard practices and techniques.

 

Responsible for ensuring tasks assigned are completed in a timely manner.

 

Responsible for documenting and communicating application design, topologies, and architecture of the existing business applications and debugging the same.

 

Assists the team in Root Cause Analysis and recommends solutions to fix the business incidents.

 

Responsible for generating reports utilizing IT standard methods.

 

Experience and proven ability to communicate (verbally and written) effectively with business and IT stakeholders and senior leadership.

 EDUCATION & EXERIENCE

 

Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft.Net technologies, Angular and VB.

 

Strong query development through SQL, Sybase, MongoDB including CRUD operations, Stored Procedures, and Functions utilizing standard formatting practices.

 

Report Generation experience using technologies like SSRS, SSIS, SSAS.

 

Knowledge and experience in common API technologies including SOAP and REST.

 

Experience in ServiceNow and Incident tracking and logging using tools like Splunk.

 

Experience in PowerShell and Unix commands and Scripting tools.

 

Experience in SCM tools, like Giteye, TFS, Jfrog.
