Job Description

 

 

Technical Lead (CMS) IT partners with business marketers and IT development teams to develop processes and solutions within the Azure Platform and CMS environment. The Technical Lead will identify and capture marketing business needs, document user stories, develop and test solutions in Kentico CMS. Technical lead is working closely with the offshore development team and leading the efforts. Ensures that customers' needs are met to the highest standards.

This role is extremely customer/business facing (in marketing) yet highly technical requiring strong applied experience in Microsoft Azure/CMS platforms. Applicants should have experience working on CMS technologies ( Kentico preferred), working on cloud infrastructure, Devops, experience with writing APIs and integrations.

This role also needs experience with developing wireframes and prototypes using Photoshop.

Technical Lead will work closely with business and identify business needs, develop solutions that meet needs of the business and also follow the IT best practice. Having experience in .NET and CMS technologies, experience working for a Consumer Packaged Goods company will add value.

 

Required

• 3+ years’ hands-on-experience with .Net,

• CMS (ideally Kentico, but any CMS experience) and

• Microsoft Azure cloud is required.

• 2+ Experience in DevOps, VSTS, Photoshop.

• Experience leading development teams and offshore development teams.

• Experience working with Agile Software Development Methodologies

 

Technical Skills Required:

• .Net, SQL, Javascript, APIs, Photoshop, prototyping

 

Technical Skills Preferred

•u Experience in developing and maintaining applications using MVC.
