Title: Senior Core .NET Developer

Location: 100% remote

Duration: Long Term

The interview process will consist of 1-2 video interviews.

 

Description:

 

They are looking for candidates that have solid work history such as 2-3 years on each project, good communication skill and preferably a LinkedIn profile.

 

. The primary purpose of this position: Install/configure development tools, setup environment, convert existing programs and develop new programs

. Deploy to production, address any issues and train others in the use of .NET Core

 

. This candidate must also have a strong familiarity with the following tech systems:

. Jira, Gitlab, VS Code, SonarQube, Fortify, PL/SQQL, Django, and similar technologies

o   --The Code they enact must be able to pass both quality and security checks prior to deployment

. They will be responsible for the conversion of about 6-7 programs, including ABPP to Django, and some other programs that need to go to .NET Core functionality

.          Thy should also be able to help the Team decide what functionality is needed and what benefits can be gained with utilizing one system over another, i.e. deciphering what’s gained by using Django over .NET Core, or vice versa, and should they stay with Django instead, etc.

 

The training and communication component:

o   --They will consistently interface with this team and help train people to understand the updated deliverables processes, so an exceptional mastery of English and strong written and spoken communications capabilities is outstandingly necessary for this role

.          Candidates must have exceptional organizational, training and teaching skills

.          Strong industry and system background with the ability to easily help others understand how to navigate the .NET Core system space

.          A true partner with leadership/top tier organizers in helping to delineate and prioritize the work/projects at hand

.          Analyze and communicate adoption, performance, time to transition, quality and other metrics to internal partners/stakeholders

.          Ensure product priorities have necessary funding and review cost of accepted features

.          Understand how features are performing, the level of customer satisfaction, and provide suggestions for improvements

.          Able to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions

.          In-depth knowledge of the relation between business processes and products

.          Proven ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands effectively.
