Position-Sr. .NET CORE DEVELOPERS

They are wide open. We are looking for Sr. NET Core Developers with messaging experience like Rabbit MQ (can be any Q) and sit anywhere in the US and work their time zone. 1 interview and done.
.NET Engineers
- Total of 8 senior software engineers
- Strictly contract positions – Yes we can submit h1bs as long as their visa doesn’t expire during contract length (slated through the end of the year and unsure if they will extend)
- Anywhere in the US, any time zone, but potentially the Scrum meetings might be outside of their working hours, and they would be expected to join for that, and time will vary per team
- Interview process
- 1 interview that is 1-1.5 hours but they HAVE to have video on as well.
- Make sure no bait and switches.
- Provide a week’s worth of interview ranges when submitting
- Go through technical questions with them on the front end and upload with submission
- Candidates don’t need to be super strong with WCF, but some, and then Web APIs
- All positions need Sr. Software Engineers
- Restful API, SQL, Rabbit MQ (or any Q) *Yes Rabbit MQ (or another Q) is important for all 3 managers
- Really need to know how to build a high-performance application
- Middle tier and backend rather than MVC to deal with heavy volume customers and transactions
- Minimum probably around 5 years but just matters to have solid experience (not ridged on years), work independently, be a self-starter, can take initiative, not a lot of hand holding
- They are working with Core 2.something
- Pluses – working in bank/payments
- Pitch – working on cutting edge technology like Rabbit MQ within a fintech company
- Notice – people can do 2 weeks
