1. Coordinate between technical and business process owners 

2. Discovery:  Lead process discussions to define use cases, high level requirements, design workshops and critical success criteria

3. Shape demand:  conduct process/data/technical  assessments, coordinate with IT teams on solutions, costs, design, delivery.  Build the business case and gain review approval(s).

4. Participate with other IT BAs on mapping data lineage for critical apps

5.  Shape migration and archiving document management projects

a. Deliver archiving/migration/decommissioning  plan/roadmap for GxP applications
