Strong banking experience

•         4+ years testing experience in banking domain – core banking products

•         Experience in leading team and driving solutions

•         Experience in creating test plan, test cases and engineering best practices related to software test engineering, both manual and automated testing.

•         Experience coordinating testing activities and optimizing test cycles working with the project team.

•         Experience with conducting and running defect triage meeting with project teams.

•         Experience in automated testing is MUST – Selenium tool set
