Encompass Administrators and or Developers
Ideally able to provide 2nd and or 3rd level support
- Experienced Monitor the Loan Origination Systems for issues and problems and design solutions.
- Create rules, processes, and programs to correct or update the Loan Origination Systems
- Update settings, users, and access to the Loan Origination Systems
- Collaboratively identify and implement ways to improve system performance and user experience
- Perform code review and system testing as requested
- Be able to work with other areas within the Organization to create and validate new applications, functions, and create solutions for issues in services and software. Experience with project management, directing a team, and writing and implementing .Net and JavaScript programs and updates is highly desired.
Must Haves:
3 Years Minimum of Experience w/ Encompass as an Administrator and or a User
- Ideally a mix of 2nd and 3rd level support Adm's
- Must have Mortgage Loan Industry Exp -
- Java scripting and or VB scripting
