Enhance andmaintain Salesforce Provider Portal for the Emergency Child Care SubsidyProgram module within the North Carolina Families Accessing Services throughTechnology(NC FAST) application. This portal will be used by providers who areaccepting and providing childcare services for children of essential workers.The Senior Salesforce Application Developer is responsible for the overalldevelopment and product management of the Salesforce Provider Portal.Responsibilities include compiling requirements for the Salesforce applicationto enable varied business functions, managing risks and issues associated withdesign choices, supporting definition of user roles and profiles, securitysettings, access settings (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules andSecurity), and identifying opportunities for application optimization,integration, redesign, or development. This role must exhibit the ability todesign applications to support business processes and reporting requirementsand be familiar with the Salesforce development environments and the optionsavailable to deploy applications and manage changes on the Lightning Platform. Thisrole is also responsible for identifying production risks and areas forimprovement, update and develop custom validations and/or code as needed basedon business requirements, and support configuration updates to the Salesforceenvironment.

Minimum Requirements:

�        4years experience using Salesforce Platform Community, Service Cloud, and GovCloud

�        4years experience with Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and andSalesforce Object Search Language (SOSL)

�        7years experience using Shield and Lightning

�        7years experience with object-oriented languages such as Apex, Java, JavaScript,C#, and Ruby

�        7years experience with Model View Controller (MVC) architecture andcomponent-based architecture

�        7years experience with requirements analysis and business process design

�        3years experience with developing Lightning components (Both Aura and LWC)

Required Certifications:

�        SalesforceCertified Platform App Builder Certification

�        SalesforcePlatform Developer 1 Certification

�        SalesforceCertified Administrator certification

�        SalesforceCertified Service Cloud Consultant Certification
