- Sr. developer/tech lead with 5+ years of experience in development and support of SFDC projects in Telecom domain.
- Strong experience in writing business logics, Apex Classes, Visual force Pages, Dynamic and batch apex, metadata API, Triggers and Test Classes.
- Should have good hands on Salesforce integration methodology, experience in SFDC Instance Merging & Splits.
- Lead the development team to solve critical issues , raising Change Requests.
- The understanding of Business, code change requirements and co-ordination with the customer
- E2E order Journey analysis between components for various telecom services(Voice, Data, Video.)
- Defect management, prioritization, resolution and communicating the status with users.
- The additional skills in M6 and ASAP systems will be added advantage.
- Certified SFDC Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant preferred.
