Basic Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
Experience working at large financial services organizations
Design, creation, and implementation of Customer facing applications that can scale to millions of users
5+ years of experience working on large scale projects
5+ years of in a Sr developer role using Java and React
5+ years of experience designing and developing simple solutions to complex, interactive customer experiences
8+ years of IT experience
 
Required Qualifications/Skills:
Strong Experience in developing APIs and Web User Interfaces.
Strong Core Languages (Java, React JS, Javascript, Scala, Perl, Python, Go, Shell)
Strong Experience in Core Technologies ( Microservice/Serverless architectures, RESTful services, Docker)
Ability to dive deep into complex technical problems
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
Experience with distributed version control like Git or Mercurial
Experience with IaaS and PaaS providers such as AWS, OpenStack, Heroku, and CloudFoundry
Experience with implementing test-drive development in large development teams
A sense of ownership, initiative, and drive
Familiarity with continuous integration/deployment processes and tools such as Artifactory, Gerrit, Git, Jenkins, Maven and Nexus
Troubleshooting Debugging
Can manage and interface with people at any level, from any part of the organization.
Strong communications skills and ability to project the desired perception of the Digital delivery program
