Solid understanding of the following Oracle EBS modules: Core Order Management, Shipping, Inventory, Logistics
6+ years of support and implementation experience with Oracle EBS with a minimum of 3 years supporting the Oracle R12.1.3 Order to Cash work stream
Skilled in PL/SQL, SQL*Plus, and Workflows
Experience writing functional design specifications and test plans as required (MD50)
Ability to tie business processes and requirements together with system functionality through process flows and design specifications
Responsibilities:
Solid understanding of the following Oracle EBS modules: Core Order Management, Shipping, Inventory, Logistics
Good understanding of Oracle Advanced Pricing
Responsible for analyzing and implementing Oracle production and change requests, as well as aiding in the identification, evaluation and development of business process enhancements for the OTC work streams.
Coordinating and monitoring the prioritization of service requests, resolving issues, and partnering with the technical development/DBA teams as appropriate including but not limited to writing functional specifications, developing test plans and working with production issues.
Simulate production support issues in a non-production environment and QA/test the resolution with business user before migrating changes to production.
Add value to the business by becoming an effective and relied upon IT Partner supporting business stakeholders within the OTC work streams.
Work with functional business leaders to develop and implement continuous process improvements.
Maintain functional and system procedures necessary to protect the integrity and reliability of information systems and data as required by daily business operations and Sarbanes-Oxley.
Configure system setting and options.
Test functional designs for business solution components and prototypes.
Participate in cross-functional, enterprise project teams as a subject matter expert and/or IT Lead to support system enhancements.
Communicate effectively and promptly across all levels of the organization.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
6+ years of support and implementation experience with Oracle EBS with a minimum of 3 years supporting the Oracle R12.1.3 Order to Cash work stream
Strong business analytical skills and effective communication style with IT and Business colleagues
Experience with implementing and/or supporting interfaces to/from Oracle EBS
Experience working with OBIEE, Power BI, and other reporting tools
Skilled in PL/SQL, SQL*Plus, and Workflows
Experience writing functional design specifications and test plans as required (MD50)
Ability to tie business processes and requirements together with system functionality through process flows and design specifications
Proven customer-focused and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Ability to manage small projects and coordinate activities with multiple individuals/teams
Experience and knowledge working in waterfall and Agile methodology
Experience with Oracle Channel Revenue Management (ChRM), CPQ, is a plus
Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes
Strong written and oral communication skills (90% fluency in English)
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with clear communication
