·       Write new and edit existing copy for digital and mobile user experiences
·       Understand best practices across different media
·       Create consistent, on-brand messaging for various TIAA audiences (e.g., customers, client organizations and industry consultants)
·       Create documentation to help communicate the experience to the project team, UX team, legal and development teams
·       Create documentation to help communicate the accessibility requirements and recommendations to the project team, UX team, legal and development teams

Required skills:

5+ years of experience writing digital content
Experience providing web content strategy, site audits, and analysis
Experience developing and delivering content strategy approaches
Experience working with legal and compliance for content approval
Experience writing within a UX team or digital agency
Financial industry and/or fintech experience
