·        Lead and coach up to 3 Scrum teams in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
·        Support and educate Product Owner in collecting, documenting, and organizing business requirements, and coordinate with Business analyst in writing user stories and refinement of product backlog.
·        Plan the work for the team effectively and keep track of the work completion and manage the work schedule and cost deviation.
·        Support and educate Scrum team in maintaining all information radiators up to date.
·         Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies.
·        Coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and firm.
·        Remove impediments and resolve conflicts and issues that occur
