DESCRIPTION: OTHER SKILLS/EXPERIENCEREQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Must have experience working with Oracle and creating SQL queries
- Experienced in ETL patterns and tools like Informatica
- Ability to define, develop, manage, document and monitor workflows and ETL mappings
- Analytical skills for ETL Development, validation & testing end to end solutions
- 1 year IT work experience and knowledge of data analysis
- Nice to have Experience working in PowerCenter 9.x
- Knowledge and understanding of one or more database management systems
- Ability to create SQL queries and having a working understanding of data warehousing concepts and relational databases are required.
- knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of data warehousing and data marts
- Possess a understanding of the data, sources of data, and relationships of data
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
- proficiency in communication skills
- Create documentation when appropriate; provide detailed status updates when needed.
- Nice to have Experience working in Reporting tools like Tableau
- Extraction, staging, and transformation of health care data
RESPOSIBILITIES:
- Programmer Analyst should be able to perform the following with minimal supervision:
- Attending calls with business teams
- Understand the source systems
- Monitors and resolves daily/Monthly exception reports
- Assist and resolve production issues
- Participate in Gap analysis meetings
- Follow the standards and processes defined
- Contribute for process and performance improvements
- Acts as a gatekeeper for new data that do not meet the set business requirements.
- Collects, analyzes and summarizes data to support business decisions.
- Executes data profiling and preventative procedures to improve data quality.
- Analyzes data issues and works with business teams for problem resolutions.
