·         Perform detailed issue analysis backtrack the problem and suggest a solution for the problem to the CoE team Support release of deliverables into production and perform on demand meetings with COE team

·         Business supporting issues encountered due to production changes Suggest fixes to the complex issues by doing a thorough analysis of root cause and impact to the business due to the issue

·         Do Performance tuning at the functional level

·         Initiate extensive documentation for the production support process improvement.
