High level of proficiency in coding, core Java (JEE not necessary), JavaScript, HTML, and XML
Will be using Angular and Bootstrap for UI eventually, so any experience with those is a plus
Knowledge of relational and transactional databases and ability to write and analyze basic SQL queries
Sound technical and analytical skills
Experience in an Agile development methodology--must be able to keep up with fast-paced, RAPID development; 2 week sprints & monthly releases
Experience with the Microsoft Azure DevOps platform a plus, as well as knowledge/experience in CI/CD processes
Decent tenure in roles--doesn't want to hire candidates that have only done short contracts throughout their career or had multiple short-term employed positions
