The candidate will be part of an agile team focused on continued development and configuration of an electronic permitting (ePermitting) system for the Department and its Waste Management bureau.  The candidate must also be extremely strong and well-versed in UI/UX design, including HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, AJAX, and JQuery.  Extensive experience utilizing Visual Studio 2013 or newer is required. Experience managing work items and source code in VSTS/DevOps is also strongly preferred.  The ideal candidate would also have familiarity with Oracle Data Provider (ODP.NET).  This individual will work as part of a larger development team that is following agile development methodologies, so experience with agile/SCRUM development is preferred.

Job Duties/Responsibilities
•       Codes enhancement and development programs and/or required fixes to production problems using the functional and technical programming standards.
•       Design and Develop UI screens.
•       Develop these enhancements or features using: C#, ASP.NET MVC, ADO.NET, AJAX, jQuery, JavaScript, XML, CSS and Visual Studio 2013/2015.
•       Tests enhancement and development programs.
•       Participates in structured code reviews / walkthroughs.
•       Executes all required process steps.
