The successful candidate will possess the ability to Articulate and explain concepts and also solve problems at hand within the development workflows. logical thinking with a strong hands on coding ability is imperative along with a very strong command of Core Java. Application development by coordinating requirement schedules and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development problems across multiple environments and operating platforms will be standard practice.
