- 6 to 9 years of overall QA experience with 3 to 4 years Salesforce testing
- Prior experience in Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing/Community cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce admin concepts like roles, profiles, permission sets and sharing rules
- Experience in testing Salesforce workflow, assignment, validation rules and approval processes
- Knowledge of testing strategy for Salesforce summer, spring and winter release
- Experience in testing both classic and Lightning UI
- Knowledge of web to case, email to case, how role-based access is implemented in Salesforce, Native mobile App SF1 ( if mobile testing is in scope)
- Automation experience on Salesforce applications with Selenium is needed.
- Prior experience in leading functional and automation QA teams & good people skills
- Prior experience in client interfacing role is must have
- Familiar with code repository, build and deployment tools like GitHub, TestNG, Maven and Jenkins etc.
- Should have good Analytical and Troubleshooting skills
- Experienced in Agile – SCRUM, CI/CD, Dev Ops
- Knowledge in Test Documentation/Test Processes - Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases, RTM, defect management etc.
- Good communication skills – Written & Verbal
- Ability to co-ordinate and work with offshore based teams
