§  Experience in P&C Claims and writing story cards in ADO

§  Experienced in analysis and understanding of the existing complex system

§  Experience in software development life cycle for Agile is must

§  Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders

§  Develops and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted

§  Experience in playing SCRUM Master role, managing independent SCRUM teams delivering multiple products using distributed and cross-functional team members

§  Facilitate Daily stand-ups, Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming and Retrospective meetings

§  Remove impediments on daily basis to allow the team to deliver the sprint goals and deliverables

§  Work with Product owner and Business analysts to prioritize and create enough back logs for future Sprints

§  Use key SCRUM metrics (Burndown, Velocity, Delivered Vs Committed) to help deliver committed work and improve team performance

§  Managing all scrum boards through ADO/TFS and create right dashboards to provide visibility to stakeholders and Sponsors

§  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

§  Experience in mainframe applications is preferred
