The Senior Project Manager in this role will help ensure the success of Human Resources initiatives and will define our approach, sequence, and tracking with a primary initial focus on the Human Capital Management (HCM) delivery.
About the Sr. Project Leader Responsibilities:
- Have accountability for project timelines, governance, budgeting, and critical metric tracking
- Follow guiding principles and philosophy related to key enterprise processes; establishing strong collaboration and partnerships across the business, technology, and implementation partners to achieve successful outcomes
- Ensure team is working toward key decisions to maintain the project timelines
- Develop and lead ongoing project roadmaps, achievements and detailed implementation plans to identify and lead the team through interdependencies, risks and metrics
- Ensure project implementation with team members to make on time budget deliveries
- Build and manage relationships with key functional and technical partners (including external consultants and partners)
About the Sr. Project Leader Requirements:
- 10+ years Project Management experience – support technology and HR projects
- Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and drive project outcomes
- Strong business, and financial acumen with experience in managing multi-Million Dollar project budgets
- Practical PM experience with systems integrations/ implementations across multiple businesses and a global footprint
- HR Technology/HCM implementation/integration experience is required
- SAP Success Factors is a plus
- Experience with technical understanding of data configurations and implications to total project
- MBA preferred, Bachelors’ degree is required
