* Expertise in SQL Server Queries and Stored Procedures

* Knowledge in SSIS and SSRS are preferred

* Excellent working knowledge of .NET technologies with ASP.NET, C# and Web API

Production Support experience.

* Experience in SQL Development

* Experience in production support processes.

* Working knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) - Transact - SQL

* Knowledge in SSIS and SSRS are preferred

* Troubleshoot the application to identify root causes of issues

* Collaborate with development teams for escalations and meet SLA to resolve tickets

* Working knowledge of triaging tickets, working on tickets, and monitoring alerts

* Willing to work during Production environment maintenance hours outside of normal business hours

* Resource should be good in SQL Server - write ad-hoc queries, stored procedures, experience in performance optimization

* Essential to have the knowledge of .Net Framework

* Have experience in C#, ASP.Net, OO Programming

* Good communication skills (verbal and written)

* Problem solving and analytical skills

* Fast learner to learn the business
