Reporting into theDirector of Pricing & QTC Applications, you will provide support to theglobal business teams with analysis of system and business process issues. Your day to day
- Solid understanding of the following Oracle EBS modules: Core Order Management, Shipping, Inventory, Logistics
- Good understanding of Oracle Advanced Pricing
- Responsible for analyzing and implementing Oracle production and change requests, as well as aiding in the identification, evaluation and development of business process enhancements for the OTC work streams.
- Coordinating and monitoring the prioritization of service requests, resolving issues, and partnering with the technical development/DBA teams as appropriate including but not limited to writing functional specifications, developing test plans and working with production issues.
- Simulate production support issues in a non-production environment and QA/test the resolution with business user before migrating changes to production.
- Add value to the business by becoming an effective and relied upon IT Partner supporting business stakeholders within the OTC work streams.
- Work with functional business leaders to develop and implement continuous process improvements.
- Maintain functional and system procedures necessary to protect the integrity and reliability of information systems and data as required by daily business operations and Sarbanes-Oxley.
- Configure system setting and options.
- Test functional designs for business solution components and prototypes.
- Participate in cross-functional, enterprise project teams as a subject matter expert and/or IT Lead to support system enhancements.
- Communicate effectively and promptly across all levels of the organization.
