Technical – Logical data modeling; Oracle databases

Soft – proactive and a problem solver

Must have recent healthcare experience

This person needs to be strong in Oracle databases (they are on 12c moving to 19c but version doesn’t matter to the manager). They also use ER Studio for data modeling, but not a must have.

Must Haves:

·         10+ years of complex data analysis – logical modeling data

·         Can speak technically with the technical teams and then translate that to the business and vice versa

·         Strong in Oracle Databases

Day to Day:

·         This person will be involved in numerous projects on how they take data and interpret it
