Needs to have worked in an enterprise level environment
Healthcare and Financial experience
Applicants should have a BS/BA degree and/or equivalent work experience (3+ years)
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and process mapping
Ability to identify customer experience implications of process and technology changes
Strong PC skills including MS PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to consult with users and understand, assess, and present their needs
Well organized and able to balance simultaneous assignments
