JOB DETAIL

This position will require a candidate with strong data analysis skills, develop scripts, as well as have the ability to scrub data utilizing ETL and SQL Server. They must have a solid understanding of Salesforce but does not have to develop or touch code. This position will be involved with testing the outcome produced by the developers.


Our client is looking for someone with the following SFDC experience:
• 5+ years of IT experience business analyst experience on SalesForce.com platform.
• Proficient in all phases of SDLC (analysis, design, development, testing and deployment) and highly competent in gathering user requirements and converting them into software requirement specifications.
• Administration, Configuration, Implementation, and support experience.
• Understanding the business requirements to design on salesforce.com platform by designing the required entities like custom objects, creating the relationships/ junction objects like Master-Child, lookups, Entity Relationship data model, Pages, Classes, Interfaces, Workflows & Workflow rules, triggers, Email alerts and business logic.
• Implementation & Integration experience using Apex Language (Classes, Controllers & Triggers), Visualforce Pages, Custom Tabs, Custom Objects, S-Controls, Reports, Analytic Snapshots and Dashboards.
• Highly skilled in designing, creating, and maintaining SFDC Workflow Rules, Approvals, Email Templates (HTML &Visualforce Templates).
• Working with IDE and Force.com Plug-in environment.
• Creating and customizing the Reports, Analytic Snapshots and Dashboards.
• Capturing, analyzing and documenting requirements for SFDC implementations.
• High level of experience working on all stages of life cycle implementation in business process engineering and analysis, GAP Analysis, AS-IS study, TO-BE process.
• Very strong skills in business and functional requirement gathering, business analysis, scope definition, functional design, and the agile technology.
•Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both as a team player and an individual.
