- An independent program manager responsible for the overall Digital Loyalty implementation program.
- He/she will not be responsible for CTS delivery rather partner with client director/VP to co-own the success of the program.
- Need not to be a scrum master but should be aware of JIRA and Agile process
- Need to wear multiple hats during the course of day/week/implementation etc.
- Need to partner with multiple groups from Cognizant, Fiserv (Digital Loyalty team or other support team) for implementation planning purpose
- Conduct the capacity planning/ implementation planning call
- Know how to build relation/ conduct constructive escalation to addressing business need
