We are in search of a well-rounded Experience Design pro that will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing optimal experiences – ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. Our Experience Design team activities are tied to customer journeys and support the company’s plan for the future – Vision 2025.
Desired Skill
- UI design – provide UI design support to project team while contributing to our emerging design system (experience with Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC is ideal)
- Interactiona design – able to manage the details of micro-interactions while considering their place within the end-to-end experience
- Communication – Experience facilitating design activities (design studios, design sprints, etc.) and ability to present at various levels within the organization preferred
- User research (open-ended, generative discovery) and Usability testing (validating prototypes/proposed designs/; remote testing experience ideal)
- Ability to synthesize, prioritize, and communicate research findings to project team and stakeholders. Work closely with Tech lead and other members of the development team to bring designs to life. UI development skills are NOT a requirement, but a nice to have.
- Experience working in an Agile setting with the Atlassian suite of tools
