8+ years’ experience of overall technical experience
4+ years of hands on experience in MSSQL, SSRS and SSIS
Strong hands on SQL expertise
Must have experience on modelling and building Reports, Cubes and dashboards
Must have experience in health care industry.
Experience in building data warehouse and/or DataMart will be of advantage
Must have experience with database design, data modelling, dimension modelling concepts, ETL, data development, data integration, data distribution, data quality and analytics
Experience at Architectural level will be of advantage
Should have worked in Agile development and scrum methodology
Should have experience in Onshore offshore coordination
Experience in Medicare business is an added advantage
Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge in Medicare business would be an added advantage
Responsibilities
Acts as a lead in providing application design guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools and existing designs.
Analyses highly complex business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to design or redesign complex requirements
Provides coding direction to less experienced staff or develops highly complex original code.
Acts as an expert technical resource for modelling, simulation and analysis efforts.
Candidate must be able to work under minimal supervision, must be a self-starter and lead aspects of project work as needed
Candidate must interact with stakeholders, users for requirement clarification, design and development of various Process.
