Program Managing the NLI vendor work which will get bucketed into 2 major workstreams: 1) GROW accelerator / social learning; and 2) Culture Principles development and framework activation. Seeking experienced Program Manager/PM across multiple workstreams for a strategically critical organizational change initiative. There is additional scope where this PM may also manage the 'culture coaches' that we will need to bring together in a network within Avanade to support leaders and their teams on the culture change. Organizing and aligning multiple stakeholders and tracking to key milestones - Manage a large body of work that cuts across 2 A2025 themes (FRW, CFG) - Vendor expectation management / Executive expectation management - Track finances - Track scope - Set up necessary meetings and sessions to align - including with executives at GEL and EC levels, across timezones
