JOB DETAIL


1. Must be highly organized, work with various groups, execution and assigning tasks to the group, providing detailed updates to leadership management teams. Hold teams to scheduled timelines established for completion. We need someone who is strong at engaging and managing our PMO.
2. We need some who can drive to solutions for the issues the project encounters. Know the difference between, technical, process, or political issues and come up with solutions from previous experience or raise to leadership with proper fact based details and suggest potential solutions.
3. We need someone who can document better for various audiences - daily tracker for immediate team, weekly and monthly updates to senior leadership including clear timelines and scope, instructional docs for business users.


Key must haves:

Skills with Office 365 in 2 main areas:
1. File share to SharePoint integrations
2. Running a MS Teams project - there's in a functionality in Teams called PSTN - ability to dial a 10 digit phone to and from Teams

• Good understanding of Workplace technology (listed below), practices and processes to include an understanding of how they are related and their dependencies on one another:
• PC/Desktop building/reimaging and migration
• Office365 (Exchange, Skype, Outlook, OneDrive, TEAMS)
• Unified Communications including Meeting Room Technology
• Active Directory
• Citrix
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, able to convey complex technical ideas, symbology and jargon into laymen language for business decision-makers
• Understand transformation and business alignment in a complex and changing business environment
• Excellent change management skills
• Ability to speak the language of digital workplace technology and understand its context
• Accomplished in establishing business partnerships
• Experience managing vendors and off-shore resources
• Accomplished in learning new business concepts and devising solutions to meet those needs
• Must possess excellent planning, prioritization, organization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing business requirements
• Experience with working to establish measurable business outcomes and follow through to verify success or failure

Technical Competencies
• Knowledge of Digital Workplace technology platforms preferred
• Must have minimum 5 years of experience managing technical projects in a complex business environment adhering to professional project management principles
• Professional Project Management certification is strongly desired; PMP certification is preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Office365 communication tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Visio and OneNote
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Project
