•             10 or more years of experienced  QE Lead profile
•             very good knowledge on Ware house management and logistics system functional  knowledge
•             Good knowledge on applications validation running in different handled Devices
•             Lead & guide the QE team and make sure the work is planned & traced to achieve the delivery milestones  
•             Willing to work from Bentonville as work requires to been in labs for Device validations  
•             Able to  figure out the issues by analyzing the logs on his own
•             Good Knowledge on all  the QE process.  
•             Solid analytical and problem-solving skills displayed in the development and execution of test plans and the analysis of system problems and appropriate escalation
•             Ability to take ownership of deliverables , be a self-starter, and be a quick learner
•             Good experience with hands on automation skills like Rest API , TestNG , core java
