required qualifications:
5-12 years with at least 3 years of experience working as a business analyst or product role in an agile environment.
preference for candidates with technology consulting or relevant industry experience.
hands on experience in data analysis and modeling techniques
ability to create data models, data field definitions, perform data mapping, entity modeling and data flow analysis.
experience with creating moderate to high-complexity process flow diagrams in visio.
experience leading working team sessions of 3-10 people or through discovery workshops and requirements elicitation sessions.
participate in / facilitate discussions to discover solutions, as well as capturing and transforming business and technology requirements into high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria
