    Demonstrated 10+ years’ experience as a Program/Project manager in a financial services organization.
    Responsible for direct investment activities, financial reports, and develop strategies considering long-term/continuing financial goals.
    Experience in executing projects for Business Process management, Process engineering.
    Experience in planning, executing and delivering desired business and operational objectives.
    Good functional knowledge of CFO processes, Internal Controls and/or Audit experience.
    Expert knowledge of project management tools (Rally, Jira) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
    Preferred to have Lean Six Sigma Black/Green Belt certified Professional.

Key responsibilities
    Drives implementation of highly complex project/program initiatives typically requiring confidentiality and enterprise-level visibility to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives. 
    Works closely with cross-functional teams and resources to achieve program and project milestones within established timeframes.
    Manages risk by using established project management processes to address execution challenges associated with quality, schedule and costs. 
    Plans, directs, and coordinates activities for highly complex programs and projects through development of project plans intended to accomplish goals and objectives within timeframes.
    Collaborates on creative alternatives to project challenges; partners to drive adoption and challenge standards. 
    Leads subject matter expert through the resolution of project challenges.
