This team provides 3rd level support of the HPiQ (VHT Callback vendor solution) and Contact Center Self-Service Portal. This includes routinely researching and applying server upgrades as a Server Type Owner for Windows servers and other changes as required to support the applications, servers and related infrastructure changes. Occasional business enhancements with positive ROI might also be needed for the remaining lifespan of the products.
Important Skills:
This assignment requires excellent communication skills for handling calls, email from business partner users for general questions and during outage circumstances.
For CCSS Portal:
• .Net development
• Requires the following skills:
o ASP.net
o C# , MVC, HTML, CSS
o Experience with Agile scrum and/or Kanban work practices.
o Java
o React.js
For both HPIQ and CCSS Portal:
• Provide evidence of test for all changes
• Provide 3rd level support for the HPiQ servers and application.
• Provide support and, along with product manager, cultivate relationships with business partners
• Participate in disaster recovery prep, planning, and exercises.
• Participate on on-call rotation 24 x 7 x 365
• Document new KI’s as required for support
• Provide validation support for all changes within the deployed landscape
• Regular review system performance and teams service-related performance
