·        7+ years in Project / Program Management of technology projects

·        Experience creating, maintaining and monitoring project charters, project plans, project forecasts, project schedules, work hours, project budgets and expenditure;

·        Experience involving in all stages of a project. Includes engaging project teams and vendors in project initiation, planning activities (managing contracts, resource onboarding), managing project schedules, dependencies, risks and issues, and project closure activities

·        Competency in Microsoft applications including MS Project, MS project Server, Word, and Excel ( Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures )

·        Ability to add value by pairing up technology and business processes through the PMO’s methodologies (e.g, hybrid waterfall-agile, iterative)

·        Proven ability to manage multiple projects, and facilitate project alignment between business and technical teams.

·        Project Methodology – Waterfall and Iterative/Hybrid Waterfall

·        Experience creating metrics/KPIs to show the health of the overall program/project

·        Prefer experience presenting to senior executives. PMs hold the Executive Steering Committees made up of VPs, AVPs and Directors.

·        Prefer candidates with proven experience working within a technology environment with understanding of custom application development projects, cloud migrations, on premise software, and in-house developed systems.
