Responsibilities:

Create, deliver and continuously improve our processes for delivering operational data files to address all types of subscriber and commerce operations - from refund processing to understanding the key performance of critical product operations.
Partner with Finance, Data, Product and Engineering teams to deeply understand the commerce flows, and the underlying transactional systems behavior.
Translate reporting and operational process needs into technical specifications, including calculations, custom groups, parameters, filtering criteria and/or aggregations.
Partner closely with business stakeholders to identify and unlock opportunities to drive subscriber growth, and identity recurring process improvement opportunities.
Analyze and report key data quality health KPIs through regular metric monitoring and revise as needed as the number of datasets and critical systems expand.
Provide input and requirements to the Data analytics team on dashboards, services and monitoring tools for improved efficiency.
Analyze subscriber and behavior data to identify patterns, uncover opportunities, and create common understanding of how people are interacting with the platform and content, in response to specific projects or issues.

Required Skills & Experience:
2+ years of hands-on analytical work experience with SQL
Proficiency with SQL
Data Analysts (data profiling, data cleansing, data analysis) with good SQL exp is a must.

Expertise manipulating large and diverse data sets, interpreting data trends and using a multitude of disparate data sources and tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply business strategy to data analysis and recommendations
Strong experience in documenting the data requirements, data strategy, data rules (standardization, cleanse, and validation)
